If you have double the servings of fruits and vegetables one day, is it alright not to eat any the next day? Should you spread it out?

Yes! As a matter of fact, you should try and establish a pattern for your F and V intake.

Example: 1 day on, 1 day off, 1 day on, 1 day off, etc... OR
1 day fruit, 1 day veg, etc...

proper nutrition is a 24 hour thing. You damage your ability to properly absorb nutrients when you do things like skipping on one day and doubling the next. The body likes a routine and does best with a steady fuel input.

no. your bosy will store certain vitamins (fat soluble viatmins A,D,E and K) everything else you need to try to get an adequate enough per day. also if you are not eating the right amounts of fruits and vegatables a day you are leaving out a lot of the nutrition you need so you will be hungry and eat more of other things.

nope, becos ur body can't store certain vitamins, like vit C for more than 24 hours, so u will miss out on nutrients the next day.
