Hey, when i see myself in a mirror i see fat, but when i'm dressed and see myself, i see myself as slim, am i just being really silly?? I do eat really healthily and exercise alot but surely no matter how i see myself, it should be the same each time?

I see myself differently with clothes on too because depending on the outfit, it can be flattering to my shape or very unflattering. As long as you get a sensible amount of exercise and eat healthy, you are probably ok.

Hey, nobody's perfect. Sounds like you're doing pretty well, eating healthy and excercising daily/weekly.

If you think that you do have a problem and trouble may be ahead, then you may want to seek for some advice.

well as long as you aren't hurting yourself and depriving yourself food. I think you are ok. You might want to seek some counseling.
