Get a copy of your credit report, and also put a fraud alert on your credit report so no one can open credit in your name without your consent. your credit report will show you who the credit card is through and you can file fraud charges (but of course since that is your mom that is your choice.

You need to get a copy of your 'credit report' ... use YOUR NAME and your SS number ... and if your mother has 'used your info' to get 'credit' because HERS was 'bad' then you may have to 'face the fact that what your mother did was a CRIMINAL ACT, and you may have to have her 'prosecuted' simply to get your own 'credit cleared' properly. GOOD LUCK.

If your mom has opened an account in your name, there must be a reason. This is illegal and can cause you serious harm. You need to talk to your mother. If you cannot work things out with her, you probably need to consult with an attorney. Identity theft is a serious crime, and sometimes parents do it to their children. Your mother does not have the right to do this to you and you must stop it immediately.

Get a copy of your credit report. It would have that info. Also put a fraud alert on your credit.
