I make pan sauteed spinach (2 cups) with mushrooms, green onions, bacon bits and Ken's Valeda onion dressing.
Sometimes- I save some grilled chicken from last night and toss it on top.
I told my nutritionist this and she laughed- I said really! Its really fast and very yummy! I like HOT foods for snacks.
Love popcorn with a diet soda.

what i do is make a pot of pasta, then put in all the leftovers from my fridge along with tomato sauce and cheese. its very tasty. like one time i did spagetti, tomatoes, cheese, salami...
you can put in ANYTHING it's so cool. seriously try it!
or just have a pb&j
or a pancake.
