I get to go to prom this year but I'm overweight and I'd really like to lose about 20 pounds or more by April. What are some really good excercises and diets I could do?

My absolute favorite exercise....is walking. LOVE IT. I zone out to my iPod and just walk off all the calories I've consumed during the day.

Squats , dips , and barbell curl . You can do these exercises with optimum weights for you . And they are great for having a fit body
