ok, my family has land in Oklahoma near a very small town right by the mountians, how do you list land for sale when you are trying to open up the market to people out of the area.

Place a classified add in some hunting magazines. There are always diehards who are looking to buy.

get ahold of a realtor and ask them to contact Cabelas Trophy Properties they have a listing of land for sale rangeing in price from around $10,000 to multi million dollar pieces of land you might also try to contact them your self. i know a few people who have bought land through cabelas and i mean come on Cabela's is one of the, if not the largest outdoor outfitter in the world so it's a great place to put up some good hunting land for sale.. hope that was helpfull and good luck with the sale..... ps. how much land do you have.

Place an ad on gunbroker.com, plenty of hunters frequent that site. They have a dedicated section for hunting real estate.

check out e-bay they have a realty site. i"ve looked at it several times its pretty interesting
