Will this pretty much ruin my "natural" diet as I am not quite sure what is in MuscleMilk.

ok. let me just put it straight to you:
do you exercise (cardio not really necessary) with weights or your own weight (push ups, sit ups, etc)? well if you do, take muscle milk after you work out. it basically helps your muscle tissue heal faster and grow in a better way, so if you are just doing a diet, DONT DRINK MUSCLE MILK. even though its good, it will really just be something pretty caloric and with too many nutrients and proteins and all that good stuff that you could get from a good diet. I repeat, DONT DRINK MUSCLE MILK IF YOU ARE NOT EXERCISING (non cardio),
good luck!

I think that "musclemilk" will ruin your natural diet haha (sorry, just muscleMilk...sounds nasty, who would come up with a name like that lol) Anyways, there are other high protein foods...like cottage cheese for instance, and I'm not sure about musclemilk, but there are natural high protein powders out there, you should drop into a natural health food store and look around, you will find something to keep your natural diet intact...and good for you for staying natural.

I found this on the Muscle Milk website: (the link is below)

Creatine GCC - Help Support Your Body's Own Creatine Production
We discovered a revolutionary method to increase your body's own production of muscle energy critical creatine. These creatine factors help your body to produce more creatine than normal. Creatine supplements are good, but so is your body's making more of its own. Plus, Creatine GCC scavenges toxic homocysteine, an enemy of muscle growth.
Evopro--Nature's Ultimate Anabolic Protein-Amino Blend
Human milk is composed of highly unique and complex proteins, peptides and amino acids, which is why it grows human muscle tissue so rapidly. EvoPro includes these alpha and beta micellar caseins, and more. Nature created this precise mix to stimulate muscle growth to higher levels, and EvoPro is the ultimate nitrogen source to deliver it.
LeanLipids--"Good Fats" that Help You Get Leaner
Human milk contains custom fat structures that actually promote leanness, while retaining more energy in the body. This promotes thermogenesis, enabling protein and amino acids to be used for muscle growth at higher levels. LeanLipids even help retain minerals critical to muscle contraction, and are a great source of these customized lipids for serious athletes.
