CAP is for teens under 18. But it depends on where you are from as to what flying clubs you have near you. Some schools have flying clubs. But the Civil Air Partol is pretty cool if you have one near you.

if you mean a club to learn about flying you might visit your local civil air patrol. CAP is an auxillary orgnaization with the Air Force and they have educational programs and activities.

if you mean a club owning an airplane for other teens to flying and split costs, unlikely. One cannot legally solo before the age of 16 and may not be issued an FAA private pilots certificate until age 17. You don't say where you are located so I assume that you are in the US and subject to FAA regs.

You can try CAPS- Civil Air Patrol. They have programs for teens related to flying. I'm not sure how much flying they actually do, but I knew a girl who wanted to go into the Air Force and she was in CAPS.

yes there is i am not so sure about any other airlines, but they are usually standby, there is airTran X-fares , if you are between 18-22 you are eligible to book, and pay at the counter for each flight segment, each segment is one take off or landing, they are usually $29-60 each segment but becareful of which days you are flying standby, sunday, tuesday and thursday are the best days for flying airTran standby

if ur in canada you have the rcac the royal canadian air cadets
