Maybe you should try to do the cooking for your girl day in and day out and then tell girls that they should love to cook...

Some girls like to cook, others don't. It's the expectation and stereotype that women SHOULD cook, and that they belong in the kitchen is what women resent.

not all girls don't like to cook. i love to cook providing i have someone that appreciates whatever i cook even if it dont' turn out right all the time.

I don't cook because I have a father who prepares amazing and delicious meals. He definitely cooks better than any female (or pretty much anyone else) I've ever known, aside from a few meals/deserts my mother is great at.
