Why would humor be a sin?
I love to laugh, I do it all the time w/ friends and family. Humor can help you grow closer to people. Everyone likes laughing.
I see humor....clean humor.....as a gift from God. I don't think God likes it when everyone is all bored and serious. As a matter of fact, I'm sure in Heaven there will be a lot of laughter. It's going to be wonderful!!

No, the seven deadly sins are,,
Pride.
Envy.
Anger.
Avarice.
Lust.
Gluttony
Sloth.
These are considered detrimental to spiritual growth,so thankfully Humor is not among these.

hello, i do not believe from what i have studied and read of the Holy Bible that a sense of humor is any kind of a sin.

no a sense of humor is not a sin. as long as that sense of humor does not run into the offensive or perveted, there is nothing wrong with it.

No. Even God laughs is mentioned several times in Psalms. The Psalmist says: "He who sits in heaven will laugh, the Lord will mock them." Psalms (2:4)
In Psalms (37:13): "My Lord laughs at him for He sees that his day is coming."
In Psalms (59:9): "But as for You, God, You laugh at them; You mock all nations."

probably, roman catholics always seemed to be horrible and the people who created all those laws too. ..... although technically i am a roman catholic.
