I have always had them every once in a while but this one is just not going away... and I have a wedding in about a month so I need it to go away soon. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Cut it out and make sure it doesnt get infected. You may also want to soak it in some warm water and make sure it is not restricted in a shoe or anything causeing pressure. Another option would be to go to a doctor and they may be able to give you more ideas or deal with it in a less tramatic manor so that it is beautiful for your wedding. Good luck.

I get ingrown toenails pretty often. 95% of the time I can cut out the painful part with small scissors by myself. If one gets too deep or infected, then you can't do it yourself. Go to a podiatrist - they take care of these all the time. The will numb your toe by freezing it and you will not feel them cut out the nail. You will put a cream on your toe for about a week, but you should feel no pain after a few days. Good luck.

Fastest way (you did ask) would be a bottle of vodka and a saw!

But the fastest and safest would be go to a doctor like the other good people said!

If you go to the dr and ask to get the nail removed, then it should be healed enough by your wedding to be comfortable. Ask for pain meds, though, because it kills afterwards, but then you will never have to go through the pain again.
