Is it possible to fix the plug on my cell phone's charger?

One of the metal prongs on my wall plug fell out. Is there anyway I can reattach it myself?

The metal prong for the wall plug carries 120 volts! I don't think you want to be fooling around with that. Look on ebay for a replacement.
