I use a straightener almost every morning and my hair is pretty damaged right now. Does anyone know of ways to make my hair healthier? Like is there a really good shampoo I could use?

Take vitamin E supplements- it's good for your hair. You can't 'fix' split ends, you're going to just have to cut them. You can use conditioners and stuff but it only masks the split ends temporarily. To prevent split ends you should probably put conditioner on your hairs ends at night, wash your hair only about 3 times a week (thin hair means less oils which means less natural protection from the elements) to keep your hair from getting dry. I also reccomend using a shampoo/conditioner combo instead of just regular shampoo. It's easier on your hair. You can still use a conditioner with this.
