You can research a lot of this on the internet. Make sure you are ready for this and don't think it will bring you closer together. This has torn a lot of people apart. Don't have sex with him to keep him...he should respect you and want to wait if you aren't ready or he isn't worth it. well wow that is a good question. but you need to really make sure you want to sleep with him. and u def need to make sure you are on birth control and use protection. because the way i look at it you shouldnt sleep with someone unless you want to a have a child with them! and back to your question about sex... it hurts the first time you have sex and you will bleed. so make sure u put a towel down. if u want to know specific info u should really watch dr. sue johanson. and read a book. good luck

Don't fret. If you are are worried, and concerned on what to expect, it is likely too soon. Trust your gut, no harm ever came from waiting till you felt you were more ready. Don't feel like it is something expected of you, nor something you have to do, it will happen in time, and naturally, instinctively.
If you do make sure he uses protection, and if you plan to, do not count on him bringing protection. Just remember, it is something you have to want to do, not want to do because you think it will make him like you more, or feel it is expected of you.
