ok so my bff 's bf just broke up with her because he said she wasn't pretty enough for her and she has been crying for 7 days and i can't get her to stop i tried to help her with everything but she keeps on crying please tell me what i can

You should try and help her get counseling. She was obviously in an abusive, hurtful relationship. A respectful and kind person, even when dumping someone, does not say things like "you aren't pretty enough." Many times abusers cut you down only to build you back up again to gain control in a relationship.

Let her know that the only relationships that matter are the ones in which she is loved and respected. Any other kind of relationship is abusive and will only bring negativity and hurt to her life.

Getting her to focus on positive things and getting her out and about doing things that you two enjoy doing together is a good start. You are a good friend to her and she will heal better because of your kind hearted effort!
