I need to back up my DVD collection. I am currently using Nero 6 Ultra edition. But wont copy some dvd's i presume because of copy right protection. Is there a way around this still using Nero or is there another software programme out there that will do the job?

You will need another program to work in the background. I suggest slysoft AnyDVD. It has a free trial period of 21 days, so that should be plenty of time to back up your collection. Also you might want a dvdshrink (free program) so that your dvds will fit on regular 4.7 gb discs. Also if the dvds are older, dvdfab decrypter might work fine, it's free too.

DVD Author Plus lets you burn your videos to play on a standard DVD player.
