Many Christians will disagree on this.
Here's what must take place first
1-Temple rebuilt-some say this is literal. That the temple will be rebuilt on it's original ground where the dome of the Rock stands.
Many also say this was symbolic meaning Christs Resurrection which happened.
2- Israel will get their land back-happened
3-Wars and rumors of wars-happened
4-More and more natural disasters-happening right now!
5-Gospel preached to all the world. Not sure it this has been totally done.
6-In the end old men and women will have dreams of prophecy. Some say this is happening now. That it's happening in the Muslim communities right now.
The bible says the angels nor any man knows the time when it will happen. Bible says it will happen in a twinkling of an eye like a thief in the night.

us Christians will go through 7 years of persecution right around the time that Christ comes back, and from what studies on the bible have shown what could possibly be the persecution, it will be us being sent into concentration camps. which by the way, contracts have already been signed, a secret government bank that collects part of the taxes has the money required to build these camps, and our government is deceiving us. you should read on the New World Order. (google it).

cause in revelations 17, it speaks of 7 major world powers, "5 that have passed, one that is, and one that is yet to come" (rome was ruling the world when John wrote this, and the New World Order is the next major power that will be taking over soon.)

scary, i know.

The last trump.

In case you didn't know, there's seven trumpets.

The trumpets are all contained in the last of the seven seals.

We're currently in the 4th of the seven seals.

But if you're guestimating the time factor, don't forget to take the thunders into consideration. They're in the sixth trumpet, but they may actually take place following the resurrection, not before. Nobody really knows because the Bible doesn't tell us what the seven thunders uttered.

In conclusion, we really can't attach a specific date to when Christ will return. But we can watch the signs of the times.

The bible does not say exactly when. The Word does give signs to look out for. Read all of Revelations, Daniel 11 & 12, Matthew 24, etc. But, no one knows the exact time except God the Father.

People squint and count and allegorize, then SAY they know when it will happen. It has been predicted over and over and they've always been wrong. Some people are even trying to stage the events they predict, just to push the sequence along.

The Bible actually says there will be signs, but you will never know the actual day until it happens. Essentially it says always be ready to let go, but don't stop living your life. There's even a passage in Paul's letters in which he warns "Christians" who are standing around waiting for the end to get busy and contribute to the common good. So you might want to stay useful instead of fruitlessly speculating about it.

The explanation that Jesus gave was it will happen when God is ready. When he said that, He implied the He did not even know at that time. But only God knew. So, to find out when, I guess you will have to ask God but I doubt that He will tell you as he has already said that it will come like a thief in the night. Which implies to me that it will happen when most are not expecting it.

John the Revelator said he would return before his death. Then he promptly died, so if the last living apostle of Jesus wasn't right, I don't think anyone claiming to know now days will get it right.

The real answer is when you die. Assuming you are a believer. It doesn't matter if Jesus returns tomorrow or 20,000 years from now, because when you die, you will face judgement right?

Of course if you don't believe anymore like myself, then it doesn't really matter.

No one except for God knows when that will happen. It could be in the next second or in the next million years. Just make things right with the Lord as if this were your last day.
May God be with you all the days of your life.

The bible says that Jesus will return again before all the generation that knew him died. He's a bit late. Don't hold your breath.

People have said that he will return within the next few decades for the last two millennia.

They don't give dates. It's at the end of the bible in Revelations. When the moon turns to blood, etc.
