I've gotton several things passed down from her live heart problems, apendiscitis, stuff like that. Now im affraid im going
to get breast cancer like she has. do u think im at high risk?

I run for 1 mile almost everyday, and im skinny, but i also heard you cant stop cancer just by being healthy, i heard it plays by its own rules. Can someone give me some tips on how 2 lower my risk of getting cancer?

You're right - cancer plays by it's own rules. But girls who's mamas/grandmas have breast cancer, and boys who's dads/grandads have prostate cancer, are definitely susceptible to those specific cancers. My dad had prostate cancer and I get checked regularly. You need to start having mamograms soon. When they catch it early your chances are good.
