This is ridiculous. You will lose NO weight in the long run. Sure, you'll lose some pounds at first, but as soon as you start acting normal again, you'll gain it all back and then some. The best and real way to lose weight is check out the gym, and watch what you eat. Please, don't hurt your body like this.

If you really want to lose weight why not just eat raw foods (fruits and veggies, some brown rice)....nothing processed, this way you will also detox in a healthy way. Don't put you health at risk for an image you are trying to attain, be true to you!

listen idiot, there are no shortcuts to weight loss. any weight you do lose by starving yourself for 5 days, you will put back on straight away as fat when you start to eat again.

this is because the body goes into stravation mode and accumulates fat from ANY source as soon as it enters the body.

if you want to lose weight start cardio , lift weights , eat sensibly and it will go.

why do you think people lose weight from moronic diets then immediatley put it back on when they come of it .

excercise , excercise and more excercise if you dont excercise then you will never lose weight.
