Everytime I eat something with mole sauce, I start wheezing and I have a rapid heartbeat within about 10 minutes and I get flushed. Anyone have an idea of what ingredient in mole sauce might cause this?

Perhaps the cocoa power is what is giving you problems. Look up recipes for mole on the internet and the best way to find out what you are allergic to is to try SMALL amounts of each item listed.

If it is the Chinese sauce, listen to your community answers: MSG can cause all sorts of reactions. And, even in a MSG free place, I find it just makes me sick.
Now, if it is the Mexican Chicken dish, one answer might be right: you may be allergic to chocolate.
If not, it is the Chinese sauce.

Peanut butter, chocolate, chiles. Peanuts are one of the #1 things that people are allergic to.

Chocolate which most people do not realize, if you are allergic to it that may be the problem. tomatoes, cilantro, spices and sometime cinnamon.

it could be a preservative. many people are allergic to those. its important you try to avoid it so you dont develop a worse allergy to it.

i've got an allergy to monosodium glutamate(MSG), i dunno what mole sauce is, but i get those symptoms u get when u eat the mole sauce
