2-5lbs the first couple of days then 1lb afterwards for a few days and then 1/2lbs. It depends on how big or small your body is but definitely atleast 8lbs. (Unless you're really really tiny).

actually, i think that is the worst way to loose weight. see if you don't eat, you'll get sick and when you start eating again, you will gain even more weight, so just eat the right portions of food, eat good food and exercises. read the back of labels. and do not plan on loosing 10 pounds in your first week. plan for 1 or 2. start out slow because you do not want flabby skin.

You may lose a pound or two, but when you start eating again you'll likely gain twice as much back. What is wrong with good ol' fashioned healthy eating and exercise? It's the only real way to get healthy, lose weight, and stay that way!

LOSE no longer "loose". completely separate words. 8 litres sounds an undesirable lot of water. in spite of everything, merely ingesting water gained't make you drop some pounds: all it does is fill you up so that you devour a lot less nutrition, and it also retains your body hydrated, it truly is nice. yet i imagine you've mis-calculated the quantity of water, Even 1/2 of that volume should be lots.

That's not a healthy or effective way to lose weight. Your body needs nutrients and you won't get them by just drinking water. As soon as you begin eating again, you'll gain it all back. Find a healthy diet.

I did that once, only because i was sick in the hospital. i lost almost 20 pounds, lol, but gained it back in no time. but seriously, a healthy person would probably lose maximum in a week, about 7 pounds.

The less you eat, the slower your metabolism. Meaning, the (next to nothing)pounds you may lose, will be put back on (immediately) upon eating. You are basically doing more harm than good. Not to say, suffering for nothing.
