ok well .. this summer i met this really nice guy & i still tlk to him &we really like each other but we live almost 800miles away from each other , but we are goin to see each other in like 2 more years ... or maybe this summer we aren't sure ... i talk to him everyday , but i never get to tlk to him on the phone but i do sometimes .......should i just get over him or what ?????

Well long term relationships never really work and you said that you never talk to him so don't waste your time on this one guy when you could be with someone else that you could see more. Most important: FOLLOW YOUR HEART. Move on.

I have heard lots of people say that long-distance relationships are too hard. Consider this though. Strong relationships are built off of strong friendships. Since you guys have really no choice, but to remain friends (no physical relationship), the chance to really get to know each other is there. I think you should be happy with what you have with this guy, but don't get too attached to the idea that he's your boyfriend quite yet.

Ask yourself "Am I willing to put my life on hold for 2 years for this guy?" You need to answer that question and think about all of the things that you could possibly be missing by doing so.

if you care about him like you make out see wear it goes and see each other over summer i met a guy like your talking about and we talked and i crazy about him if we was to ever see each other again in the future i would take a chance

Why you want to get of rid of him,? if you still enjoying talking to him. Because of long distance bill, why dont do emails or chatting.

i say if he likes u and u like him then no don't get over it. i say just wait. my bf is 21 and is staying at my cuz's house so i say just hold on untill summer or when ever.
