I don't know which one to go to...which would u choose? Based on your opinion and also on how the schools stand against each other?

In most areas, UIC is considered to be the superior school. ISU does have a good education department. Also, what type of college experience do you want? A traditional experience then ISU is a good choice. An urban experience than UIC is for you. There's a lot of biomedical research at UIC. UIC is a reserach one school.
If cost is an issue, ISU is cheaper than UIC. UIC is the second most expensive public school.
ISU is a member of the Missouri Valley Conference and UIC is a member of the Horizon League.
Both schools have about the small number of students.
I'm biased because I am a UIC student. Both UIC and ISU are considered to be good schools.

depends on your major
uic good for engineering and isu good for education
