Osa was born on November 12, 1996.
Every year on her birthday she gets a really over-sized rawhide bone (mainly for our amusement). Recently I found a store that makes doggie cakes and ice cream that's safe for the dog to consume. So for the past 2 years she has gotten the bone with cake and ice cream.

Hamlet was born January 5, 2005.
Monet was born October 11, 2004.
I haven't celebrated either of their birthdays yet as I have been in transition work-wise for a while now. Maybe next year. I plan on SOMEDAY bringing each in for professional photos for their birthdays. I did this with my previous dog and when he passed in 2004 I absolutely love these pictures.

One is May 2nd and the other is July 14th.
They both get a new toy to play with on each others birthdays and a trip to McDonalds for a double cheeseburger. They go for a long ride and get frequent stops at different parks to romp. And they get lots of extra attention.
When someone says HAPPY BIRTHDAY! in this house they both know something goods gonna happen and it'll be an all day something good.

My older dog's birthday is September 26th, 2001. I normally buy her some cookies from the dog bakery and thats about it.
My younger dog was born on the 4th of July of 2004. We have all of her doggie friends meet up at the dog park for a day of fun and I bring along some treats for everyone.

My poodle's birthday is January 15th, and he celebrates every year with a party with my friend's dog. He gets a gift, we sing happy birthday, and he shares some special dog treats with the other dog.

Well my German Shepherd Dakota we dont know exactly when she was born but it is sometime at the first of July, so we celebrate it with my dad's bday (july 3) and give her a big bone. My golden retriever mix Sierra was born on November 11 to one of my friends dog and she gets a big bone too. My husband thinks its stupid to celebrate their bdays so that is why they only get bones. They will both be 4 years old this year.
My cat Smeagol was born on August 6th, 2004 because that is what the box he was dumped at our clinic in said. Arwen again we adopted and dont know exactly when her bday is but she will be 2 at the end of July (we celebrate it on the 27) and the cats get some tuna!

Congrats to your dog's 1st Birthday!!! I always celebrate my dogs birthday by making them a nice doggie cake, here how: You will need these ingredients: 2 cups of dry dog food half a cup wet dog food 1 cup peanut butter Prep: Crush half of the dry food up and mix it with the peanut butter, mix in the rest of the uncrushed dry food, put it in a doggie bowl and top it off with the wet food. You can also microwave it for 45 seconds to make it nice and warm! I always do this for my dogs birthdays and they love it!
