Most likely you have a bad fan motor or bad wiring to the motor. On your van you will need to look under the dash on the passenger side for the fan. if you cannot locate it try a good local shop to test the wiring to see if the fan is getting power and go from there.

Sucks when it won't blow. If the fuse is good, that leaves the switch and the motor. Rarely there is a bad wire. Get out your test light. Lights at both ends of the fuse, between it and ground? Fuse is good. Power to the switch? Through the switch? Switch is good. Power to the motor? Yes, motor bad. No, wire bad. Replace the non working component.

I'm gonna say its a bad fan motor or the vacume lines are having a hard time switching over.

Is this an Econonline or a Windstar, or an Areostar? You got to give more information. Well the heating is probably starting to die you might have to get it replaced.
