INGREDIENTS
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
6 ice cubes
5 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, combine the bananas, ice cubes, milk and sugar. Cover, and blend for 2 minutes, or until ice is finely crushed.

EAS makes some great protien powder shakes. I like to use fat free milk then put some starwberries and a banana in also. Use can also use any kind of food flavoring in it too.
