Dry Skin!!!???

Question

I have dry skin on my face and i want to get rid of it. I dont know what kind of lotion to use because i dont want pimples or zits. Can someone please give me advice.

First, STOP USING SOAP on your face. I don't use any 'soap' on my face and haven't since I was 14 ... and I'm now 56 and have 'far better looking skin' than people who do use soap. I simply 'scrub' my face using hot water and a good 'washcloth' and follow that up with a 'cooling rinse' to close my pores. And you should NEVER use a 'lotion' (hand and body lotion, that is) on your face ... but if you really need to 'moisturize' it you could use some 'Ponds cold cream' and cover it 'lightly' and then 'rub off all the excess ... the stuff that 'rubs off' will be not 'absorbed' and that's okay to do ... but you should NEVER "scrub hard" while your face is as 'dry' as it is, and should only start 'scrubbing' after you've 'cured' your 'dry skin problem' ... so simply 'stop using soap' and start 'a soft rubbing' with hot and then cold water and then 'applying your moisturizer' and rubbing the excess off ... and GOOD LUCK. If your 'dry skin' doesn't start to clear up within a week, then you may have something that you'll need to see a doctor about to 'get rid of the dry skin.'

Eucerin lotion works great. It's expensive though....about $12 for a tub of it. But, a little goes a long way. Also, Walmart has a generic of this lotion and it sells for about $3.75

gets some of that Clean and Clear morning glow, it works, cuz i got dry skin too, so it moistorizes without creating oily pimples
