This boy cut himself over it? The answer is simple here. Your friend has some serious mental health issues and needs help and counseling immediately. ESPECIALLY if he is suicidal.

Look if u like that other guy,cool then help urself to going out with him,but if u dont and ur doin it jus bcuz u told the "kid" that u did. Then ur doing urself wrong. What normally happens is that u try to get as far away as possible from the guy thats obsessed with u that u 4get to talk and explain the situation to him gently. If u continue to ignore his feelings just bcuz u dont feel the same way, hes going to continue to be persistant in his obsession towards u. Seems to be that this kid is psychotic and a danger to himself and you too. The best thing to do is to ignore him completely. When telling someone like him that you like them, they take it that you're madly in love with them. These type of boys tend to stalk girls and become jealous when they see other men. You need to realize that it is not your fault that he cuts himself. That is part of this kid's illness and he needs immediate help. First off, he does not love you,love gives expecting nothing in return. This guy is lieing to himself and giving himself an excuse to draw attention to himself by using fear to control your actions. He is unable to show love cause he feels unloved. This boy who is cutting himself needs help. He's probably not going to help himself so you need to go the the school counselor, a teacher, the principal etc. and tell them what is going on. They can take it from there.

Its not your fault.He needs help mentally.Call an ambulance & send them to where he is.You can call anonomously.Make a "mental hygene arrest".Tell them that when you call. Its not as bad as it sounds.All they do is take him in for an evaluation & give him the help he desperately needs such as counciling & meds.He will be released that same day.Once he is in touch with the right people,,he will begin to get better.So,,do the right thing.And,,get on with your life,,his problems are his own as yours are your own.

You are obviously still in school, so go to the coucelor and tell them what he is doing and that he needs help. They will contact his parents and go from there. You need to step out of this until he has it under control..
