I don't think you are fat but you could loose a few pounds.

Omg, do not listen to the guy that commented above me. Obviously he's out to make self-concious girls feel worse.

You are not fat, you just aren't as healthy as you COULD be. But that doesn't mean at all that you're fat. If you really want to lose some weight, try eating oatmeal every-other day for breakfast (only a tea-spoon of brown sugar or w/e you like in it), and fruit. Also try drinking atleast 3 water bottles everday. I know that that sounds like a lot, but if you just carry one around with you and take sips continously they go by fast.
Also, TRY to cut out as much junk food as you can. If you get a craving try an apple. If the apple doesn't work then have a PIECE of candy, or a SMALL piece of cake. That way, you aren't taking in as many calories, and it takes care of your craving.

Another tip; If you feel like you are still hungry after you eat a meal, put a couple of ice-cubes in a cup and eat those/suck on them. It makes your body think that you are eating something when really you're just getting more water in for the day. And last but not least, limit the ammount of food you have for a meal. Atleast half a normal plate size of food is good for a meal with some fruit or something. It's alot of information but I hope it helps! Good luck! :D

You wanted the truth right? Personally i dont care one way or the other.. If you are OK at 177.. fine by me.. its not for me to dictate what you weigh.. but by almost any standard yer fat at least...

You are young still.. but general rule is fat kids make even fatter (or obese) adults if nothing changes...

Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 28.5. So you are considered overweight. A healthy BMI is between 18.5 and 24. Anything between 25 and 30 is overweight and over 30 is considered obese. A healthy weight for your height is between 117 and 143 lbs. You are still young and growing though and instead of dieting you should try to eat healthier and increase you physical activity. Try jogging for atleast 30 min every day and eat lots of fruits and vegetables, lean meats, and whole grains. Drink lots of water and stay away from sweetened beverages like fruit juices and pop.

Yes. Try eating better (lay off the candy, chips, and fried foods. Don't drink any soda), and excersise a bit. Go for a walk every day for a half hour or so. You can get down to a healthier weight very easily now, it will be harder as you get older.
