I really like this guy & my favorite part of him is his smile.
So, he tells joke & when I laugh he smiles.
But how do I get him to smile because I'm not laughing at him.
Basically, what do I need to do to make him smile more. I love seeing it.

And someone asked if I was funny, well people laugh at me cause I have blonde moments(sometimes they are real sometimes I'm acting) & they laugh cause I'm a klutz

Say some little, playfull things. Also, play him, by poking him or shoving him a little bit. Im pretty sure that's gonna make him smile..... one personal thing I did to a girl to make her smile is I asked her if she wanted a "kiss", she looked at me confused and said "no", then I pulled out the chocolate kiss from my pocket and began to eat it. That definetely put a smile on her face.

it seems he smiles when you laugh.
and if you laugh at his jokes,believe me he doesn't think you're laughing at him. He could possibly think that if you really don't find his jokes funny but are pretending to laugh at them. Even then it's still not likely he'll find that out so easily.
so my advice is laugh only when his jokes are actually funny, and you also do some jokes even if they aren't funny. Men (i) like girls who surprise me once in a while with a "boyish" sense of humour.

Try complimenting him or telling him jokes back. Try doing something he enjoys: maybe a sport such as playing catch with a football. Don't be afraid of trying new things either! That's always so much fun.

Compliment him. Tell him he has a gorgeous smile and beautiful eyes. Guys like a nice compliment too.

Maybe you should be the one to tell him some of your jokes. Or maybe find out something that makes him smile.

Hmm. There are several ways I can't name, for decency's sake.
My guy is a lot like your guy. I can get him to smile by looking cute, or nibbling his neck, or doing whatever else I know makes him happy.

first make sure to compliment him on his smiles whenever he does smile, tell him it means the world to you to see him smile...
and think of things that does make him smile, like hearing his favorite song, eating cookies (it makes me smile :-), road trips on a pretty road, being hugged or kissed, playing with his hair....etc

Demand more smiles from this guy, and threaten to kick him in the junk if he does not comply!
Either that or just tell him, "Your smile makes my day, please don't stop, or you'll take the sunshine away."
Or just hug him out of the blue, and tell him you're not going to stop until he smiles...
