If you know that you both like each other, then you can't have fear of rejection. Best thing to do is identify why you're chicken, then overcome it.
Buy a flower for him, ask him to the dance. It's a sure thing. I'm always flattered when a girl makes the first move.

you are still very young for romantic relationships, but i know the heart can be a very strong power. I would say the best thing you can do is get him to one side and ask him where he thinks your relationship is going, ask him if it is a true friendship, or if there is any romance. the best way is honesty. if you have romantic feelings for him, you should let him know, better to here from you, than here it from someone else, trust me its the only way to find out, the stress of not knowing could be a downfall in the long run, and just think, if you dont ask him and someone else does, you could be missing out, just for the sake of asking a question, and if he is a true friend, he would accept your feelings as a friend and not hurt you.

hey you are young and I say go for it. Put out there. If you guys are true friends like you say you are and the relationship don't work out or if it feels weird being together than call it off and go back to being buds. I have tried this to and we became friends again because the relationship is felt weird and 11 years later we still are friends. So good luck.

HMMMMMM.....well i would say buy him like 20 flowers or maybe a little less and say they are from like your obvious lover or something so he asks you about and then tell him yes it was you because in order for him to ask you means that he cares. cant answer bout the dance tho.

He could tell her to permit her be attentive to that he could be mushy/emotional. No guy could ever admit he cried over some thing like a e book or movie to any female. He could might desire to truly be soft with this female to accomplish that.
