Look on the side of Bisquik box for the roll and cut or drop biscuit recipe. Add shredded cheese to mix and either dust with garlic powder before baking or add garlic powder or minced garlic to mix. I found that if you use waxed paper to flatten the dough mix it's not as messy as putting flour on a board or countertop and then trying to roll out dough before cutting. You can use a plastic glass or cup as a biscuit cutter. Dough should only be 1/2 inch thick. Cook on baking(cookie)sheet at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Don't be afraid to let biscuits brown. You need to allow this so the center on the biscuit is not gooey. Oh, by the way the short answer is milk!

Buy bisquick mix, prepare as directed on the back of the box, only add one cup of grated cheddar cheese. While biscuits are baking, melt half a stick of butter or margarine and mix with 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder(not salt) and a good sprinkle of dried parsley. Brush hot biscuits with the garlic butter mixture. Serve while warm.

Oh my god... best biscuits ever... ok... you take a regular biscuit mix and put a sharp cheddar cheese in the mix along with some fresh garlic. You bake the biscuits, and then... to make them the best biscuits ever, you slather the top of them with melted garlic butter and parsley mixed together. The garlic butter just sinks into the biscuits. It is orgasmic.

I buy the bisquick packets that already have the cheese and garlic in them. The trick is don't mix too much or they aren't fluffy.
