Honestly, I've never heard of this site. If you want to bet online, go with an established book. I listed some below (not affiliated with any, but these are some with A+ SBR ratings).
Most books offer a bonus when you deposit, which I'm guessing this is. The way it works is that you deposit, and they'll give you a certain percentage as a bonus. For example, if you deposited $100 dollars, you might get a 25% bonus and get a free $25. However, they usually have "rollover" requirements before you can withdraw your bonus. Here, if the site had a 3x rollover requirement, you would have to bet 3x$100, or $300, before you could withdraw your money and keep the bonus.
This may or may not be how this bonus works, but I doubt it's as simple as "Open an account, here's free money, take it out as you please." I'd read the fine print at the very least, and if you really wanted to bet I'd go with a more established sportsbook. At least you know it won't close up shop and run away with people's money.
