Yesterday I had a really terrible itch on my knee (no idea why) and during the night I kept scratching it (in my sleep) and tore most of the skin off of it. I know this sounds stupid. My knee looks like a kid that fell off their bike! What can I put on it to heal quickly. It hurts to walk. Thank you.

Neosporin for infection and keep it covered. Then after it heals a little bit, use vitamin E oil for scarring.

In the future if you have an itch or a bug bite put Cortisone on it right away, It stops the itch!

Put some Neosporin on it to prevent infection. Keep a clean bandage on it and wait for it to heal. Not much you can do to help it heal quickly.
