my lil brother dosnt think about anyone but himself he hits and swears and does not listen to me at all and how do i get him to listen to me

tell him that you and your girlfriends will be giving him a makeover. Tell him that he will have one girl take his ankles and another girl take his hands and carry him to your room and then they will hold him down on a chair while the rest of the girls dress him up in girls clothes and put makeup on him. If he tries hitting and kicking while the girls are trying to grab hold of him then have two girls take the hands and two girls take the ankles. This will teach him that if he does not want girls giving him a makeover to look like a girl then he needs to listen to you and if he does not listen tell him that the girls will give him a makeover until he decides to listen.

show him who's the boss, dont be nice to him all the time. dont ever use physical force against him because it will teach him that hiting is right. i dont know how old he is but what has always worked in decipline is putting him in a chair while holding him still untill he decides to behave and you explain to him what he did wrong. He needs to learn that in order to get what he wants he must givesomething in return, PUT CONDITIONS, for example : take a toy he always plays with and u tell him that if he wants it back he has to ask nicely. Have you tried to bond with him better, and when you eventully like trust eachother and like eachother start to make him fell guilty for swearing!

I'd tend not to talk to him.
Set clear and absolute "rules" of conduct he must obey, or you'll have nothing to do with him.
