You need to be seen by a doctor right away. He will probably order a cat-scan to have a better look at what's going on. It could be just a mild bruising of the brain, requiring time to mend itself. But here are the symptoms of a more serious condition, i.e., a true concussion:
Loss of consciousness (transient or prolonged)
Headache
Nausea
Balance problems or dizziness
Double or fuzzy vision
Sensitivity to light or noise
Feeling slowed down
Feeling "foggy" or "not sharp"
Change in sleep pattern
Concentration or memory problems
Irritability
Sadness
Feeling more emotional

It's possible that you got a concussion, which is trauma to the brain, or a bruise on the brain. You should see a doctor and get your head checked out because you never know. Especially since you're saying that you blacked out. Feel better.

Seeing stars and having severe headaches are both symptoms for seizures. Definitely see a doctor and get a diagnosis. I almost fell at the top of some stairs from ignoring stuff like that and they said at first that I was having seizures but then decided that it was my brain readjusting frpm my car accident.

Sounds like a concussion. Due to blacking out, you should see a physician. Also, the homeopathic remedy, Arnica, is available at health food stores. You should be able to get it in 30X strength. Take 3 pellets 3 times a day for 3 days. Arnica is for shock, bleeding, bruising, etc. and is safe to take.

Go see the DOCTOR. Do not rely on us idiots on here. You really need to get in to see him immediately. You could have a concussion and only he can decide that and offer help. Get going and make an appointment.
