I can't say for a fact that water makes one's skin clearer but as a nurse I know that water helps promote overall skin health, helps prevents skin breakdown, hydrates the skin, helps prevent dryness, promotes good skin turgor and can prevent or delay fine lines.

I've read that drinking water doesn't actually decrease the appearance of wrinkles. However, it just makes sense to me that it would help to make your skin clear because when you drink a lot of water you flush out the impurities from your system. It can't hurt you anyway, unless you do what that lady on the radio show did...

I don't care about the science. What I know is that when I personally drink alot of water, I feel better, and my skin looks better. That's good enough for me!
