sometimes when talking, my voice becomes noticeably deeper than normal why is this?

like sometimes when i pick up the phone, I sound like i'm 10 years older. I'm 18 yrs old

Well, your eighteen so ur still growin, believe it or not. Its the hormones. My brother is 17 and does the same thing. He'll talk wat I call "normal" But when he picks up the phone he'd say hello in this deep a$$ vocie and freaks me out. Its like that in the morning when he wakes up. He can't help it.
