If she's smart AND cute, she probably won't be looking for a friend on the net. Try GOING places and socializing in person with others. Volunteer, get a part time job, join clubs or sports. Good luck. Don't look too hard, when you find someone, it will just happen naturally.

I don't think a smart cute girl would be be on the net all the time.. So, I'm going to say...nope not on the net. Unless you're older you could go 2 one of those date chat things. .....but if you are still in school...isn't there a girl you like at you're school?
