Ok I work with this guy I like. (Please dont answer with its a bad idea) Anyway whenever theres a lot of us together, I am the first one he talks to. Hes shy but we can talk for hours if we wanted to. When he talks to me, he stands really close to me, closer then to others. His arms arent crossed and his body and feet are facing me. He does look me in the eyes when he talks to me. He jokes around me a lot and I have caught him staring at me a couple times. I might have to make the first move because he is shy and I am 20 and he is 18. Do you think he likes me?

ok, not to be mean but it sounds like you are pretty desprate. Get over him, it sounds like he doesn;t really like you or he would have made a real move

Yes, it does sound like he likes you, by the way he talks with you.
Just be careful..some places dont like for employees to date, but maybe this place it isnt a problem...
Just keep being a friend, that is what guys like, most at that age, is just starting out as friends...( I have 2 teens)..so Just be his friend, laugh and joke, be yourself, I bet he will come around soon, Im not sure if I would make the first move yet...he may be enjoying the friendship you two share right now, the laughing and joking and talking....
Let him get comfortable..some guys are real shy when it comes to asking a girl out...
Like i said, just continue to be his friend, and things will take off from there, if it is meant to be...

yes, who ever said it was always the guys job to ask someone out, think about it this way, maybe he is shy because of the way other women have reacted when he asked them out, and right now as far as he is concerned things are going fine because he likes you and you talk back to him without insulting him, and he would not like to jeaperdize that, im sure from what you said abouit looking you straight in the eyes when you talk and the fact that he is looking at you, he probably would like to go the the next step but, you get **** on enough you put up walls, your job, break down his wall, and make your feeling known, dam i should be a sex thearapist

According to body language yes. But it also may be that he just finds you to be easy to talk and relate to...even if just as a friend.
