My ear aches as well does anybody know what the cause is and any remedies.

lie facedown on your bed with your head hanging off the edge. stay there for a couple minutes, then blow your nose a few times. if you can, drink a hot drink just before doing this. that should help empty most of the loose fluid from your sinuses. that in turn should help your headache/earache. then take a caugh drop for your throat. it may take a couple days for the symptoms to totally disappear.

It may not have a connection at all. Sore throat is usually due to a viral infection. Gargling with warm salty water or mouthwash can reduce the pain and inconvenience. You can find some good home remedies at http://ailments.in/sorethroat.html

You should not get a 'sore throat' and an 'earache' from water getting into your nose in the shower ... if it 'continues' and doesn't get better over the next two days, you should see a doctor!

a remedy would be to take sinus infection medicine...
or take an tylenol and lay down that should help
Or maybe you are coming down with the flu
