You can't lose weight in one area, you will have to lose it everywhere. Some people carry more fat in certain areas. Cardio exercise like running is one of the best ways to lose weight. You can try doing squats and lunges with weights to tone up your bottom half.

to lose fat in those places, you have to lose fat in ALL places. There is no such thing as spot reducing. Women tend to hold onto fat in these places. To help you, look up 'health calculator' in a search engine, and look for your basal metabolic rate. This number is the amount of calories you need just to live. NEVER eat below this many calories. Eat around 1300-1500 cals a day, and walk, or do any exercise. You will start to lose fat. REMEMBER, it is SLOW to happen....but it does happen! Remember to eat 6 small meals a day. By meals, i mean 3 main, and 3 snacks. Like a snack would be a string cheese and a piece of fruit, and meal could be whole wheat pasta with chicken (remember to keep protions SMALL!) don't forget to eat your veggies!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

change your diet, cut out fried foods, anything high in fat, cheese, sugars. Drink water to flush your body out.

Do aerobic exercise and some target training on those areas. Remember that all of this takes time and will pay off if you stay with it. Talk to a personal trainer and or join a gym if you have the means.

Always consult a Doctor if you have any medical problems.

Don't know if you want to put the money out but any spa has a wrap treatment and it is fabulous! They also have a cellulite massage treatment that will leave you in a blob, it's great! Exercise creates muscle so try fat burning cardio or wraps of your own with seranwrap, I did it, kind of a pain but it works.

1- Sport and in this case , walking ( fast walking ) is good
2- if you can handle Rope jump , this is great
3- balanced , low fat daily meals

Stair master,
a lot of walking, and jogging.
But the stairs work the best.

Of course on top of regular diets, and sleeping patterns
