PLEASE FORGIVE SPELLING. WHAT MAKES A GOOD FATHER?

Integrity. Honesty. Patience. Love. Understanding. Responsibility. Motivation.
The same qualities you would like to see instilled in your children. Children learn by what we do and how we act, not so much what we say. A good father is someone who sets a good example for his children, so that they can grow up and be good people.

A father figure is a person who spends time with the child and acts as a parent in the relationship. often thought as the person to bring home the money or support the family.

Alot of the same things that make a good mother...Just that dad's role is somewhat different...Teaching your children morals and being there for them as often as possible...It's not all about money, but being a good provider (at least trying his best) is excellent (ya don't want a mooching bum raising your kids!!!). And one of the most important things a dad should do is respect the mother of his children!!!
