I eat healthily and I exercise regularly. I dont drink alcohol and I dont smoke.
I sleep about 7 hours a day, but when I wake up I feel so tired and I have headaches almost every day and 2-3 times a month, I get migraines.
I went to see my doctor who said its stress.
What can I do, to relieve these headaches???

I hear you. I get headaches everyday too. Not fun.

You need to see a doctor who specializes in headaches/pain management. They will help you find the root of the problem and can help you treat your pain. They will have you document your "triggers" (weather, food, sounds, light, stress etc.)
Once you see the patterns, you can avoid your triggers or prepare yourself for them. (eg. My biggest triggers are low pressure weather systems, my period, wheat and cheap red wine. I avoid the latter two and I plan some downtime during the first two.)

The best treatments I've found have been:
1. nerve blocks ( A doctor injects freezing into parts of your head and neck. The pain disappears completely! Some people are cured completely after 6 weeks of treatment.)
2. Nautropathic treatments (i- high doses of vitamin B12? (riboflavin) and magnesium; ii- tinctures; iii- nautropathic diet.)
3. Neck tuck exercises.

Also you need to keep to a routine.
Make sure that you are eating regular meals!!!!! & Changes in amount of sleep will hurt you.

You can buy a bottle of Stress Tabs at your local store. These pills are loaded with high percentages of vitamins and such. I just recently dicovered these, so I actually don't have real proof that they work. I do have headaches and 'vise' pressure in my head nearly everyday. I do get frequent sinus infections which are very hard to get out of the body. The infection builds in my head and makes me feel groggy and tired. I know lots of people that have these feelings, I also know many people who moved out of the area and state, then say they never have the head problems anymore. So, unfortunately your head problems could be due to the area you live in. I've been through many tests and it has yet to be determined what the cause of mine is. I think I will give the stress tabs a try before I move out of town.

Headaches
A frequent and overlooked cause of headaches or migraines is a problem with the joints or vertebra of the neck and upper back. When bones of the spine lose their normal motion, sensitive nerves and blood vessels to the head can be affected. Aspirin and medications may cover up these warning signs, but do not correct the underlying cause.

Many people find relief with chiropractic care. If a thorough examination reveals reduced range of motion, loss of normal spinal curves, or mechanical restrictions, chiropractic care should be considered

Headaches are often related to stress. One great way to relieve your headaches/stress is by using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Emotional Tapping. EFT is easy to learn and you can use it anytime/anywhere for any emotional or physical issue.

You can download the FREE EFT instruction manual from www.emofree.com.
