Everybody says something and can even make a mouvement with his words.The mouvement becomes a social aspect.Do you obey to any ideea , or do you obey only to God?Because He said one cannot obey two masters.

"We must obey God as ruler rather than men." (Acts 5:29) Also we must obey the laws of the land where we live, if the law is not conflict with God's law.

We all obey an idea, rather than a God. The idea that many people obey is their idea of God. For instance...a Christian can not truthfully say that they obey God, but that they obey what they perceive God to be. Since there are people who are also Christians, who use the same Scriptures, the same methods of prayer, etc. who believe very differently about God, we can conclude that we all build our ideas within our own mind based on how we interpret what we read, how we feel, and what makes sense to us. We wrap our idea up in a package that we like to call God, because it gives a sense of authority to it, thus helping us to continue to believe.

I obey myself. In doing that, I am obeying the divine will because I believe it's all interconnected.

Always obey God and be very aware of what He is commanding you to do, don't let your own ideas interfere with His will, that is very hard at first but it does get easier.
