Is there like a soul quota you have to reach in order to get servant of the month?

If not what does it matter to you?

We are commanded by God to care.

I'm not a fundementalist, but I would think its because they are trying to live out Jesus' command "Love thy neighbor". I honestly don't think all 'Fundies' are just trying to put people down or be bigots. In fact, all the Fundementalists I know are quite loving people.

So, I guess its the same old thing: Don't judge a book by its cover. There are ome good Fundies and some bad ones, just like any other group.

Thank you Eric for an excellent illustration. You are exactly right. It's nice to see that not everyone is lead by what is the most repeated mantra of the day.

Because when I was saved, I became more like Christ and the more I follow Him the more I become like Him. Christ doesn't wish that anyone should perish, not even my worst enemy. So, since the spirit of God lives in me. His love for all sinners is also on my heart. And because I know the fate of the unbeliever. I feel compelled to share the truth with you. It is your choice if you believe or not. If you have Faith or not!

They get points in Heaven for every soul they bring to God.

He has not figured out how He can convince people of His existence yet, so he has to employ outside contractors.

I am not a fundie...but I can see it how they do....

If you see a blind man about to step off a cliff...do you:
A) push him off
B) watch and see what happens
C) save him from potential danger

Most compassionate people would choose C. As fundies see it their duty to be compassionate - they would always choose C.

In like kind, if you die - they say you will go straight to hell. So they are trying to save you (blind) from the hell (falling off the cliff).

Get it.

Most souls cross over and no idiotic religion has anything to do with it.

Believe it or not...but...there are people who care about you even though they have never met you... and they know what your fate is if you continue to reject God and refuse to come to Him in The Way He prescribes... We do not want you to be eternaly seperated from Him.... but that is your choise...and no one of The True Christian Faith would try to compel you to come to Him...that would be aginst His will for us and for you... it must be your choice alone to come to Him... if you would like to know how you may email me... if not that is your choice...

LOL

I hope people don't label me a fundie.

I don't teach people about Jesus because I have to meet up to an expectation, I do it just because I know what Jesus has done for me and would like to see others have the true fulfillment I have.

If they don't want to hear it, however, I just pray and move on. It's pretty simple; following Jesus' example.

(edit:)

Here's something to think about.

If the spirit of an eternally loving creator of the universe lives in us and loves you, we would naturally love you too.

:D
