Not Zaxby's sorry

INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup cooking sherry
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sherry, sugar, ginger, and garlic.

Not Zaxby's but...

Traditional teriyaki is:
1c sake
1c soy sauce
1c sugar/mirin

Boil and reduce. Easy as that!
