Matthew 12:39-40 Jesus tells us that only evil people seek after a sign, but the only one that will be given is the Resurrection. John 6:44, tells us that only the Father can draw people to Christ. The miracles that Jesus did were fulfillment of prophecy that pointed Him out for who He is. Another good example of this were the people of the Exodus, these people saw the Red Sea parted, the pillar of fire by night, the pillar of dust by day, they ate the mana, and still they rebelled, do NOT rely on miracles to save people. Our job is to speak the truth in love and then step back to allow the Holy Spirit to do His work. The Holy Spirit is the one who convinces someone that they are a sinner, John 16:8, He warns of judgment to come, John 16:11, He tells us of the righteousness of Christ, John 16:10 and He guides us in all truth, John 16:13. Please stop trying to get people to believe because of miracles, this is blasphemy. STOP ARGUING! It is futile and vain and does not serve to edify.

The miracles are not signs that you are saved, but signs that Jesus is who He says He is. So, based on the miracles the He performed, we can believe that He is sent from God to die for the sins of the world.

Blah blah blah, the more you preach the more people argue, ive never met a christian that practices what he preaches, the good ones are the most quiet.
