Some people are different. Some can eat a lot and go right into exercise, but there are some, like me that has to wait for a least an hour before exercising or walking, or it makes my stomach ache. Why don't you try doing it slowly. Maybe takes some slow walks after you eat and see how you feel and then work your way up to jogging. I don't think what you ate is a lot for you. At 15 your still growing. Good luck!

If you eat small, you can go jogging or hit the weights right after you eat. For what you listed, however, I'd say err on the side of caution and wait at least an hour.

Jogging occasionally is better than not jogging at all, and it can help you lose weight. Just don't go overboard. Any type of aerobic exercise should not be done for more than 40 minutes at a time, or else you risk burning fat. You can walk all you want because you're not forcing your heart rate and breathing too high. If you want to lose weight, you should do some type of exercise every day, even if it's just a brisk 15-minute walk.

Your biggest weapon in weight loss is your diet. It'll make you or break you. Keep the "bad for you" stuff to a minimum, focus on the "good for you" stuff, and to keep your metabolism running high eat six small meals or snacks per day instead of eating big meals. If you eat too much at one sitting your body stores the excess that you don't need right away as fat, but eating smaller meals or snacks every three hours or so will actually help your weight loss efforts.

Good luck!

That's alot. You can start walking now, but wait an hour before you jog.

I think an hour would be okay. If you're planning on jogging/running an hour and a half might be better, but it you're just going to walk ..then 1 hr's just perfect.
