there's no way to have it happen right away. It's going to take time and growth as a person to get over somebody. Try focusing on who you are and what kind of qualities would work best with yours. Sometimes you have to go through a lot of losers before you find your guy. It's both emotionally hard and long to go through. Eventually it'll be worth it. If it's hard somethings not working. The right relationship will happen effortlessly with no complications.

oh boy you and me are in the same boat Hun the truth is that you cant well you can start to hate him and pick out the bad things about him and then focus on them but that usually is bad
just realize that he isn't all great and remember the bad things and the good things
sometimes when i cant have someone i only think of the good things we had but i forget why i left him
other than that you just gotta give it time and eventually the feelings will slowly go away

Change your routine, get involve in things you like or experiment new activities, like practicing a sport or taking yoga, painting classes, etc. That way you'll get distracted, you'll meet new people and your mind is going to get rid of him little by little
